Our space is suited for toddlers through preschool years.

When does Wild Child offer events?

Exclusive events are held when Wild Child is closed for school. Exclusive events are available on weekends, summer break, and holidays throughout the year. You and your guests will have access to the entire venue. At your booked time slot there won’t be any other customers but your guests. You will have exclusive use of the space for 2 hours (additional hours optional).

How do I schedule a birthday party or rental at Wild Child?

You can fill out an inquiry form here or email us at events@wildchild.org. Once Wild Child confirms availability (for requested day, time and package), 50% of the rental fee (based on chosen package) and an additional $250.00 security deposit is required to secure your event. The final amount owed is due no later than 10 days before the start of your scheduled event. Payments are accepted via Booking (BW) or Venmo.

What is your cancellation and schedule change policy?

Life is unpredictable! Should you need to make changes to your reservation with more than 30 days notice, our team is happy to work with you to find an alternate date at no cost.

In the case of cancellations, deposits are fully refundable within 30 days before your party date, though a $50 administrative fee will be applied. Any event canceled with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the deposit. In the unlikely event that Wild Child should have to cancel a reservation for unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a full refund, or may choose to reschedule your party on an alternate available date.

I booked my event, what happens next?

Immediately after booking a party with us you will receive a confirmation email with specific details about your reservation event date and time. One week before your party, you will receive a party reminder confirmation.

Please note: Add-On’s should be requested 3 weeks before your party.

How early should I arrive?

The party hosts may arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled party start time. It is important for you and guests to arrive on time. Party times are set in advance and cannot be moved the day of the party.

Are socks required?

Wild Child is a shoeless facility. This applies to adults and children. This policy ensures that our floor is as clean as possible for our toddlers. We recommend including this information on your invitation, as sometimes it catches adults off-guard.
